Frented Code of Conduct

This Code of Conduct is issued by Frented Ltd ("Frented"), a private, members-only community built on trust, care, and respect.

By accessing or using Frented, you agree to comply with this Code of Conduct.

1. Respect for Homes

Members agree to treat other members' homes with care and respect as if they were their own.

Homes must not be misused, damaged, neglected, or treated as commercial accommodation. Any damage, loss, or issues must be communicated promptly and addressed in good faith.

2. Respect for People

Members must communicate honestly, respectfully, and considerately.

Harassment, discrimination, intimidation, abuse, or threatening behaviour of any kind will not be tolerated, whether on or off the platform where it relates to Frented use.

3. Accuracy and Honesty

Members must provide accurate and truthful information about themselves, their homes, and their circumstances.

Impersonation, misrepresentation, or acting on behalf of another individual or entity without disclosure is prohibited.

4. Non-Commercial Use

Frented is not a rental marketplace.

Homes may not be used for commercial purposes, including but not limited to:

  • short-term rentals
  • sub-letting
  • events or parties
  • photoshoots or filming

unless explicitly agreed between members and permitted by Frented.

5. Responsibility and Accountability

Members are responsible for:

  • their conduct
  • any guests they invite
  • compliance with applicable laws and agreements

Any disputes between members should be handled respectfully and directly where possible.

6. Enforcement

Frented reserves the right to investigate breaches of this Code of Conduct and to suspend or terminate membership at its sole discretion, without notice where necessary to protect the community.
