Frented enables members to connect and share homes within a trusted community.
Frented does not:
Frented operates solely as an intermediary technology platform facilitating introductions between members.
Frented does not control, monitor, verify, or assess:
No fiduciary duty, duty of care, agency, partnership, or joint venture is created by use of the platform.
Membership is by application and is curated.
Frented may accept, decline, suspend, or revoke membership at any time, with or without notice, where necessary to protect the platform or community.
Approval is not guaranteed.
Members are solely responsible for:
Frented does not verify legal compliance and accepts no responsibility for it.
All home-sharing arrangements are made directly between members.
Frented does not facilitate or manage:

Members are responsible for setting expectations, boundaries, and terms between themselves.
Any fees charged by Frented will be clearly disclosed.
Frented may introduce, modify, or remove fees at any time.

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability that cannot be limited or excluded under applicable law.
Any sharing of homes is undertaken entirely at members' own risk.
Frented is not responsible for:

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Frented Ltd, its directors, officers, employees, and affiliates from any claims, losses, damages, costs, or liabilities arising from:

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
The courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
